ISTEP testing begins Monday Mar. 5.   Imagine MASTer Academy will kick off ISTEP Spirit Week on Monday Feb. 27.   Our theme emphasizes striving to reach individual goals and practicing proven and research-based test taking strategies! Spirit Week activities are as follows:  
Monday Feb.  27-  Hat Day   "Get your head in the game, prepare your minds for ISTEP"    (school uniform is required; hats are allowed
 
Tuesday Feb. 28-  Wear a shirt in the color of your favorite healthy snack or food    "Remember to eat healthy foods, especially at breakfast."    (school uniform pants required)     

Wednesday Feb. 29-  Pajama Day "Be well rested"    (school appropriate sleep-wear) 

Thursday Mar. 1-  Neon Day  "Highlilght the important facts; pick out the brightest details to help you answer questions"    (neon shirts,  blue jeans allowed) 

Friday Mar. 2-  Dress for Success     (or school uniform)

The “Imagine Everyone Cancer” Event is a fundraiser for the American Cancer Society. This special event will be held at Imagine Master Academy at 2000 North Wells Street, Fort Wayne, IN 46808. There will be a 3K Run/Walk, 1 Mile Fun Run, Carnival/DJ held in the Reception Hall, and a concession stand in the Main Lobby.

Registration Time:            Main Lobby at IMA beginning at 10:00 am

3K Start Time:                    Beginning at 10:45 am on the Track

1 Mile Fun Run Time:       Beginning at 11:30 am on the Track

Carnival Time:                   Held in the Reception Hall during the entire Event (Punch Card: 4 games for a $1.00)

February 24th -- Students and Staff may donate $1.00 to participate in the Cancer Society dress down.

The Athletic Department at Imagine Master Academy will be hosting a "Give Back Day" at Quaker Steak and Lube on March 15, 2012, located at 407 W. Coliseum Blvd.  15% of your total bill will donated tot he athletic department.  Please join and support the Imagine Family at this event!  Quaker Steak and Lube will be having an All you can eat wing night that night.  Imagine will be raffling off gift cards during the event.  You must present a flier in order for the school to get the donation.  

Please help us out by providing some input on the proposal for a clinic to be housed on the IMA campus.

This year is an important year for our school as we go through the process of charter renewal. We have celebrated many successes in our short time in Fort Wayne and need your help to share those! On Wednesday, December 21, and Thursday, December 22, Imagine Schools will be wrapping gifts at Glenbrook Mall from 12-8pm.  All proceeds will be given to Habitat for Humanity in order to build a new home for a family in need. Bring your unwrapped gifts and help our students build character as we support this worthy cause!

  Beginning next week, all staff at IMA has committed to a renewed focus on enforcing our dress code policy during the school day.

Our school uniform policy is a critical part of our school mission and philosophy, and it is important that we have support from parents on this issue.

Please, when you send your child off to school in the morning, make sure that they are in accordance with our policy. If you are confused, or do not know what the uniform policy is, copies are available at the front desk or on our website at www.imaginemasteracademy.com

The most frequent violations seen are improper jewelry/accessories, hoodies, skirts without tights after Q1, and undershirts in improper colors.
