Dear Parents and Guardians,
As your partner in education, we are writing with important information about a decision that affects the future of Imagine Master Academy. Please carefully read this letter so you will have accurate information regarding your child’s continuing education.
Our governing Board has received notification from Ball State University affirming their decision not to renew the charter for our campus. This decision came despite our clear presentation to the Charter Schools Hearing Panel of the strong academic growth made by our students this past year and the widespread support of you, our families, for our school to remain open.
We are disappointed by Ball State’s decision; however, our commitment to providing the best educational options for our families and students remains as strong as ever. Despite this announcement, it is our intention to keep our school open. We are exploring options that would maintain the educational choice you deserve and have come to expect. We look forward to sharing more about this in the coming days.
We will continue to keep you informed of the choices and options available to you and your child as you prepare for the upcoming school year. Through this process, please be assured of our commitment to continue serving you and your child at Imagine Master Academy.

Parents, we need your help!
We are actively planning the Field Day for Imagine Master Academy and we need your help. This will be a great opportunity to spend some quality time with your children in a fun environment. Volunteers are needed to help the day to run smoothly. We will need volunteers to help run each station and serve lunch. Please consider signing up for one or more of the time slots. We will be having the Field Day rain or shine, but weather will determine if it’s inside or outside.

After tallying our closures for weather we have determined May 30 will be our last day for students.
We are looking forward to finishing out May with lots of great learning activities and family events!
Next Thursday (April 18) is Zoo Day at Imagine Master Academy! Activities and demonstrations throughout the day and family hour from 5:30-6:30pm with refreshments and activities.
6th-8th grade Sweetheart Dance this Friday from 6-9pm! Tickets are $4 in advance or $5 at the door. Thank you student council for organizing this fun evening for our middle school!
This Friday is also Popcorn Friday. Support our school library!
Imagine Schools Academic Achievement Celebration, will honor the educational growth of students at two different Fort Wayne Imagine Schools. Over 300 students, parents, and administrators will gather at each school to recognize and award children who have seen academic progress gains during the past year.
Devon McDonald will serve as the guest speaker at this event. McDonald was a linebacker and captain of the 1992-1993 Notre Dame Football Team that won the 1993 Cotton Bowl. He was also named MVP of that game. Following his career at Notre Dame, McDonald was drafted in the 4th round by the Indianapolis Colts in 1993 and played Outside Linebacker and on Special Teams for three seasons until 1995. He then went on to play for the Arizona Cardinals from 1995-1996. McDonald is now active with Sports World Inc., an organization that sends former professional athletes to share personal life experiences with students across the United States.

Muffins with Marvelous Ladies February 14 from 7-7:45 at Imagine Master Academy! Moms, grandmas, aunties, or other wonderful women in our students lives are welcome to join them for this special treat. Hope to see your smiling faces!
